In Durham Region, French Immersion begins in Grade 1 and core French begins in Grade 4. That is a lot of French for families to keep up with, especially when the reading and writing load climbs in the later grades. Our tutors know the Ontario French as a Second Language curriculum used across Whitby schools, from Brooklin and Williamsburg to Rolling Acres and Pringle Creek, so lessons line up with the speaking, listening, reading, and writing your child is actually graded on.
