Prices and policies, in plain language.

Here is how our prices and policies work before you start classes. Every class is one hour long.

What classes cost

Simple rates, in Canadian dollars.

Group classes are $25 per student per hour, with up to three learners.
One-on-one classes are $35 per hour.
If a family takes more than one one-on-one class a week, each one-on-one class is $30 per hour.
Every new student can start with a free 30-minute trial class.
There is no registration fee.

How you pay

An invoice at the end of the month.

We expect payment at the end of the month, and we'll send you an invoice. We take e-transfer to accounting@winnyfrench.com.

If a payment is overdue by a few days after you receive your invoice, there's an extra $15 late fee. We'll make sure to send reminders so you can avoid the fee.

If you need to cancel

You can cancel any time before the class starts, and you won't be charged for that class. A no-show is charged the full class rate, because the family is paying for the tutor's time.
